Estate Finds Hub ("we", "us", "our") operates a directory of estate sale listings, currently published as a preview edition with illustrative sample data. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

The site has no account system, no subscription forms, and no submission forms, so the only information you can provide directly is anything you choose to email us. Information collected automatically when you visit is limited to standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, referrer) kept for security and capacity purposes.

How we use it

Email you send us is used only to respond to you. Server logs are used to maintain the site and prevent abuse. Nothing else is collected, so nothing else is used.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email address or correspondence with anyone. We do not enroll you in marketing lists. We display no third-party advertising and set no advertising identifiers.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Some static assets (fonts, styling libraries) are loaded from third-party CDNs — Google Fonts and the Tailwind CDN — which receive standard request metadata (such as your IP address) when your browser fetches them.

Your choices

If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, send a deletion request to hello@estatefindshub.com; we'll process it within 30 days. You can request a copy of any information we hold about you on the same terms.

Children

Estate Finds Hub is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has emailed us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site for at least 30 days before taking effect.
