About the directory

Estate Finds aggregates publicly available listings of estate sales, auctions, and household liquidations. We do not run any of the sales ourselves and we are not the seller of record for any item shown on this site. Each sale is operated by an independent estate liquidator, auctioneer, family, or executor. Any transaction you enter into is between you and that operator, and Estate Finds is not a party to it.

Accuracy of listings

We do our best to keep listings accurate, but sale dates, hours, addresses, inventory, and pricing can change at the operator's discretion and without notice. You are responsible for confirming the details of any sale before you travel to attend. If you spot an error in a listing, please use the contact form to let us know and we'll correct it.

Acceptable use

You may browse, link to, and reference our listings freely. You may not (a) scrape the site at scale or use automated tools to harvest listings, (b) republish our listings on a competing directory, (c) use our forms to send unsolicited commercial messages, or (d) otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the site.

User submissions

Any information you submit through our forms (subscription, consultation, quote, contact) becomes information we may use according to the Privacy Policy. You agree the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

Liability

Estate Finds is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the directory, attendance at any sale, transaction with any operator, or reliance on any listing. Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to USD $0, reflecting the fact that the directory is provided to you free of charge.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
