About the directory

Estate Finds Hub publishes a directory of estate sale listings. The current edition is a preview: every listing shown is illustrative sample data and does not describe a real scheduled sale. We do not run sales, and we are not the seller of record for any item referenced on this site. If live listings are published in the future, each sale will be operated by an independent estate liquidator, auctioneer, family, or executor; any transaction you enter into is between you and that operator, and Estate Finds Hub is not a party to it.

Accuracy of listings

Because current listings are illustrative samples, do not rely on any listing on this site to attend a sale — the sales described are not real scheduled events. If live coverage launches, sale details will still change at the operator's discretion and without notice, and you will be responsible for confirming details before you travel. To report an issue with anything published here, email hello@estatefindshub.com.

Acceptable use

You may browse, link to, and reference our pages freely. You may not (a) scrape the site at scale or use automated tools to harvest listings, (b) republish our listings on a competing directory, or (c) otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the site.

Correspondence

Anything you email us may be used according to the Privacy Policy. You agree the information you send is accurate and that you have the right to send it.

Liability

Estate Finds Hub is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the directory, attendance at any sale, transaction with any operator, or reliance on any listing. Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to USD $0, reflecting the fact that the directory is provided to you free of charge.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
